Your Task

You are a research team of experts. The Capital News reports that there is a decline in the kokanee returning to Mill Creek. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to research why the fish are not returning to the creek. The final product of your team's efforts will be a presentation on your research findings that will be delivered to city council and the city planning department (ie, your class).
